What if the credentials don't work?

Can I get a refund?
Digital credentials delivered instantly are reviewed case by case. If the store failed to deliver a working product โ wrong region, non-working credentials, paid but never delivered โ that gets fixed or refunded. Issues arising from the buyer's own later actions (shared credentials, ignored security steps) are troubleshooted but not automatically refunded.
